It sits on a hilltop with a magnificent view of the sea, Gibraltar, the African Coast, Guadiaro River and the wooded hills of this part of the coast. All the main bedrooms are fully air conditioned, ensuite heated marble bathrooms and have access to the elevator. The main suite (150 sq.m.) is located on the top floor of the tower, which has a sitting room, bedroom, His and Hers bathrooms and closets and a south facing logia with a panoramic view of the estate. In this wing are five more double bedrooms arranged in different style, but all have antique furnishings. There are also two additional bedrooms in the Moorish wing.

The remaining area is covered by a 25 year old palm grove and forest park with thousands of pines, cypresses, mimosas and palm trees.
